English Cricket Team

A snippet of a conversation between two of my colleagues which I could not stop from overhearing and laughing at along with the rest.

These 2 colleagues (A and B) were talking about a meeting they had to attend and when they could finish it.
A: I have to leave at 5 PM hope it is OK if I jumped out.
B: That should be fine, hopefully we will be finished by then but you can leave if it is not over
A: Thanks, I need to go and watch my son play cricket today.
B: English team potential?
A: Yes, he is that bad.
